Dave Roberts
President, United Nations Association of Connecticut

As of January 1, 2026, Dave Roberts serves as President of the nationally recognized United Nations Association of Connecticut (UNA-CT). A long-standing member of the United Nations Association of the United States, Dave has held multiple leadership roles within UNA-CT, including UNA–Lions Clubs International Liaison, Advocacy Chair, Membership Co-Chair, Vice President, and member of the Board of Directors.

Professionally, Dave brings decades of leadership experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. His career includes service with the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the U.S. Senate; appointments as a Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) advisor under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama; executive roles as a Corporate Vice President of a Fortune 50 companyand Vice President of a large nonprofit organization; and over 20 years as an elected official in both California and Connecticut.

Dave is a Justice of the Peace and Notary Public in the State of Connecticut. He resides in West Granby with his spouse, and together they have six children and two grandchildren. In October 2025, Dave was elected to the UNA-USA National Council, further advancing UNA-CT’s voice at the national level.
